The PTA is very excited about the upcoming year, as we have many wonderful events and activities planned for our students and families. the PTA relies on the support and volunteer time from our parents to provide these events and programs to our amazing students. Any help is truly appreciated, and we couldn’t do it without your support!
There are two main ways that you can take an active interest in Southland Boys’ High School.
- Join the PTA – new committee members are always welcome! Come along to a meeting and find out how you can get involved in the decision-making and the many fun activities being planned by the PTA.
- Become a Supporter of the PTA – if you can’t make the meetings but would still like to help out when possible then we can add your details to our email database. We will only make contact when we need small amounts of your time for fundraising projects or social events.
In an effort to help you plan out your donation efforts, we want to let you know ahead of time exactly what fundraising opportunities we have planned for the year.
- Surf & Turf Raffle
- The ‘Blokes and Sheds’ bus tour
You may contact the PTA any time via email or leave a message with school office. Be sure to connect with us on Facebook. A list of volunteer opportunities will also be available at school office.
We look forward to seeing you, and thank you again for your support!
