12 teams from Southland Boys' High School competed in the Invercargill Netball Centre’s Boys’ Only Competition on a Monday night. This was an increase of 4 teams from 2022, with 27 teams from a variety of Southland schools competing. By the end of the competition, all teams were a lot more familiar with the rules, were beginning to master their footwork, and had developed some useful skills that they can transfer over to other sports.
Congratulations to the Southland Boys' High School Goats for taking out the Senior title, Stags for winning the Year 9 & 10 section 1, Rascals who were runners up in Year 9 & 10 section 2, and Coolguys for being runners up in Section 2 of the Year 7 & 8 competition.
