Our Prefects and Boys' to Men leaders recently attended a camp at Borland Lodge.
The Year 13 prefects and Year 12 Boys to Men leaders had the opportunity to attend a 3 day leadership camp at Borland Lodge.
The purpose of this camp is to foster essential leadership skills and qualities among these boys, equipping them with the tools necessary to become effective leaders in our school and community.
We provided community service to Borland Lodge through grounds maintenance, completed team-building exercises, and learnt the importance of communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making. Additionally, this camp provided a platform for personal growth, self-awareness, and confidence-building, empowering students to take on leadership roles and make positive contributions to the Southland Boys' High School community.
