At Southland Boys’ High School, our overarching mission is to prepare students for the future. While we may only accompany your son along part of his journey, our ultimate goal is to guide him toward becoming the best version of himself by the time he leaves school.
MEET THE TEAM
Our fantastic Careers Office team is here to support students every step of the way. We assist with career placements, further study options, scholarship applications, and gaining extra credentials while at school. We also provide guidance on programs such as Gateway and STAR courses, driving courses, and more.

Careers Appointments
Students can book appointments in several ways:

Visit the Careers Office during interval or lunchtime to make a booking.

Homeroom teachers, tutors, subject teachers, or Deans can email Careers to arrange a time.

Call in at Student Services: Bookings can be made at interval or lunchtime.
